- Please allow time to familiarise yourself with the setup before presenting and using the equipment.
- If you need help setting up and connecting please contact the IT Office 2 working days in advance - helpdesk@new.ox.ac.uk. Subject to room availability.
- When running hybrid sessions you should ensure that anyone who needs to present has joined the meeting.
- All AV rooms have a screen and HDMI lead so you can connect your own personal laptop 1SR rooms have wireless connections.
- You may need an adapter for your laptop to convert your device port to HDMI.
- Make sure you are using the correct source on the screens to connect devices
- Laptops are available on request in any room - IT have a limited supply please book through .
