The College Fellowship is the community which governs the College, conducts research and takes responsibility for the academic and personal development of the students. They are committed to creating a dynamic, welcoming, and friendly atmosphere here.

 

Miles Young is the Warden of Ç¿¼éÊÓÆµ. The Warden is the College's elected Head of House with overall responsibility for all College affairs.


Election of the New Warden 

Ç¿¼éÊÓÆµ has elected Sir Robin Niblett KCMG to succeed Miles Young as Warden of Ç¿¼éÊÓÆµ. Sir Robin will take up the post in September 2026. 

Until 2022, Sir Robin was Director and Chief Executive of the Royal Institute for International Affairs, Chatham House, and prior to this was Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) in Washington, DC.

Currently, he is the Director of Ledwell Advisory and a member of the International Advisory Board of Brown Advisory, the US investment firm. He is a Distinguished Fellow of both Chatham House and the Asia Society Policy Institute and a Senior Adviser with CSIS. He is also a member of the Board of Overseers of the SNF Agora Institute at Johns Hopkins University.


The formal Election of the New Warden took place on 11th June. The members of the Governing Body of Ç¿¼éÊÓÆµ processed into Chapel where they were confined as each Fellow declared their vote for who should take up the Wardenship.
